Marden Homes, established in 1989, designs and builds high-quality, stylish new homes across the South East and London

We create exciting new neighbourhoods in sought-after places, from modern, town-centre apartments to detached family houses in countryside locations. Each of our developments is bespoke to its location and inspired by its setting.

Richard Tappenden

Managing Director

Richard began his extensive career within property development at Woodlow Investments constructing industrial estates. In 1992 he independently established Marden Homes focusing on residential and commercial developments including the nursing home sector.

Shaun Pridmore

Director

Shaun successfully developed a single site family retail betting shop business into 20 branches with a turnover in excess of £60m PA which was subsequently sold to Ladbrokes in 2005.In 2009 he invested as a partner in Marden Homes focusing on business development.

Tina Avis-Edwards

Sales & Marketing Director

Tina brings over 20 years of Sales & Marketing experience, operating as a consultant director for Marden Homes. Her experience spans many sectors in Construction, especially New Build.

Adrian Gibbs

Projects Director

Prior to joining Marden Homes in 2014 Adrian enjoyed success with his own construction company and now leads the design and construction team producing specifications, budgets and construction programmes.

Bobbie Partridge

Accounts Manager

All accounting responsibilities, including working with solicitors on completions, contractors and suppliers on queries and assisting our Directors to keep the business running smoothly.

Ivor Watson

Site Co‐Ordinator

A long standing member of Marden Homes for 18 years, Ivor works intensively with lawyers, sub‐contractors, consultants and most importantly customers co‐ordinating all sites from purchase through planning and construction.

Heath Puxley

Contracts Manager

Heath is a long standing member of Marden Homes for 28 years dedicated to overseeing all site managers, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Sammi Butcher

Management Accountant

After joining the Marden team as management accountant in 2018 Sammi progressed to head of the finance department in 2020. She has a wealth of experience in the accounting sector.

Hannah Morrison

Office Manager

Responsible for working with homeowners and our build team to resolve snagging issues, assist the build team to maintain a safe build environment throughout the build programme, along with a number of other interesting admin duties.

Aaron Lewis

Procurement Manager

Procuring the required building material for our developments at the best prices. Assisting the site mangers and co ordinating deliveries as well as collating contractor agreements.
