Buying A Home
Buying A Home
Your dream home is within reach
Buying a home is always a landmark occasion, whether it’s your first property, downsizing to somewhere lower maintenance, or as an investment, and Marden Homes is with you every step of the way. One of the key benefits of buying from Marden is that we aren’t a faceless corporation, we are a small but very experienced team who have been in the industry for many years. From your initial enquiry to the day you take ownership, our friendly team will be on hand to answer any questions you have, and to provide you with updates along the way.
We can help you find the right home in one of our intimate, high specification developments, and provide advice on securing finance by putting you in touch with Independent Financial Advisors and solicitors to show you the best offers to suit your circumstances. Once you’ve decided on your home, we’ll work with you to secure your home with a deposit, taking your home off the market and starting the sales process. Then comes the fun part: many of our homes can be personalised to your requirements, with a range of interior and exterior design extras to put your stamp on your new home before you’ve even moved in.
You’ll then exchange contracts and, after completion, will be able to make plans for your move. Our customer service extends beyond the day you get your keys and make your dream a reality, and we’ll keep in touch at regular intervals to ensure that you’re settling in. On your move in day, one of our experienced team will walk you through your property and show you how everything works. Then, after you move in you will have your very own homeowner portal, where you can access all your documents and manuals.
Take the first step to unlocking your dream home today, and contact Marden Homes.
